3 weeks of being in the shop in less than a month and a half
I brought my car in at the end of June because my AC would intermittently blow and sometimes not at all. They had my car for 13 days waiting on parts because they said I had a Freon leak: that’s $1200. I was ah okay look at them taking good care of me even though it was 13 days and I work almost an hour away from home. Get my car back and they only did the Freon leak repair, or so I thought, and didn’t fix the actual problem. I never once complained about the air not being cold, it just didn’t blow. The following day not only was my air not blowing but when it did, it felt like my heater was on during 90 degree weather so I brought it back. Then they wanted to make me pay another deductible for my car warranty even though they never fixed the problem to begin with. Not only did they not fix the probl m but I’ve already put about $50 in Freon in my car in the last month and it’s not like I can bring it back because my car warranty expired when I reached a certain amount of miles. The only positive experience about this is that the customer service was good, just not the actual service. If you keee something repaired, I wouldn’t rely on them.
