This is the worst car repair service EVER!!! My parents have been loyal customers for over 30 years. They took in their Dodge Nitro for service. When the repair man took it for a test drive he got caught under the train gate and the gate came down and smashed my elderly parent's car. It has been in their repair shop now for over a week to "try" and repair the damage they caused. They did not give my parents a rental and have not called my parents to give them updates either. My parents now have no transportation for medical, food or emergencies. When I have called to complain they act like they don't know anything and can't help.
