These guys are crooks, had my car for over 2 months replacing the engine, and when I finally got it back it was still broken, and they wanted to charge me again to fix it
Just got a quote from a nearby shop that was hundreds of dollars more than these criminals “discounted price”

Worst place ever
This is the worst car repair service EVER!!! My parents have been loyal customers for over 30 years. They took in their Dodge Nitro for service. When the repair man took it for a test drive he got caught under the train gate and the gate came down and smashed my elderly parent's car. It has been in their repair shop now for over a week to "try" and repair the damage they caused. They did not give my parents a rental and have not called my parents to give them updates either. My parents now have no transportation for medical, food or emergencies. When I have called to complain they act like they don't know anything and can't help.

Junkyard engine with word of mouth guarantee
Getting a lawyer. This shop put an engine in my car that they got from a junkyard. No paperwork to prove the engine was good to begin with. They kept saying it was “word of mouth” that it was good. 8 months later and an oil change done within that time the engine quits working. They say the engine had no oil in it, refuse to honor the warranty and will not speak to me anymore about it. Very shady and refuses to provide any information further. This place has been in business for years and I trusted that. Ethics is certainly no longer part of their business practice

I had some issues with some repair work I had done because a brand new part had failed only a week after having the car serviced there. Josh the manager went above and beyond to make things right for me. I am so very satisfied!

GREAT PEOPLE
Finally found a place that really knows what they are doing! My car was at two other shops who's names I will not mention numerous times for same issue with a check engine light. I spoke with Josh at the counter and I could tell he really knew his s#*/t. He said just from what I was telling him he suspected what the issue might be. Long story short, I spent over $1000 at the other two shops and still had same problem. Etscorn's fixed it for less that $200 in 45 minutes. WOW. Just goes to show there are still some people who really know their trade left in this world. I will tell everybody I know to go here!
