Took work truck to have it looked at and fixed and never touched it other than someone ransacking the cab and stealing some things
My husband took his work truck to have it serviced and fixed and they kept it for almost a week and would not return his calls. He finally went to pick it up so he could take it elsewhere , since they didn’t even touch under the hood yet, and he saw a lowes bucket in the cab and everything from his dash and cab was in the bucket. He also found they had taken a work credit card and put it in a folder . My husband called them multiple times and they refused to talk to him about it and finally called him back today stating they’re not responsible for inside the truck and offered him half off on his next oil change! Like he would ever take anything else there. I’m sure they should be responsible for making sure it’s locked up when they are the ones with the keys . Whether it was someone from their dealership or not, this place is a joke! Not responsible at all or reliable!
