Went for a new truck to just look to see what was out there
I felt like I was Pressured into buying evey car I looked at and they ran both of our credit so many times I barely got a loan for a truck at all because our credit was ran into the ground and they say they was trying to help how does that help at all running ur credit over 10 times . And I felt stalked like prey when becacuse we went to Glockner some one said oh I seen u went somewhere else . LIKE MIND U OWN FUCKING BUSINESS .IM AN AMERICAN AND I CAN GO WHERE I WANT TO SO JUST GO GO ANYWHERE ELSE THANKS LARRY

Took work truck to have it looked at and fixed and never touched it other than someone ransacking the cab and stealing some things
My husband took his work truck to have it serviced and fixed and they kept it for almost a week and would not return his calls. He finally went to pick it up so he could take it elsewhere , since they didn’t even touch under the hood yet, and he saw a lowes bucket in the cab and everything from his dash and cab was in the bucket. He also found they had taken a work credit card and put it in a folder . My husband called them multiple times and they refused to talk to him about it and finally called him back today stating they’re not responsible for inside the truck and offered him half off on his next oil change! Like he would ever take anything else there. I’m sure they should be responsible for making sure it’s locked up when they are the ones with the keys . Whether it was someone from their dealership or not, this place is a joke! Not responsible at all or reliable!

I have never felt discriminated against until today. The young men working here were very rude even though I was nice. I was verbally attacked by the young men working there. I did lash out afterwards but when you back a cat into a corner does it not scratch? I was truly bullied!! I have never felt so belittled in my life!! I myself or my family and anyone else I know will never buy,sale,or trade anything here. They also lied to me about something wrong with my vehicle and when I asked them about it they verbally attacked me. Told me to get my f*****g truck out of there they didn't need it or quantity. Why couldn't they just say we will not buy your car at this time. No they attacked me like a pit bull. I will NEVER go here for any reason again whatsoever!!!! I promise you that customer service is not their expertise!!!

Denied Test Drive
Since I was not “ready to buy” I was denied a test drive by the sales manager. I was hoping to test drive to find out if I wanted to buy. Bit of a conundrum here. I suppose they prefer their customers make impulsive decisions with no research. They don’t want customers who put thought into their purchasing process.

Worth mentioning that they are the only local dealer adding a “local market adjustment” (10%) on top of the MSRP of their new inventory.

Ask for Osha!
Osha is a wonderful salesperson! She puts her heart out there and listens to what you want/need. She’s super friendly and knows her vehicles well! I’m almost ready to buy another car and I’ll be asking for Osha!

Only because I had to
I would watch what they do here! Staff is unprofessional. When you ask questions, “I don’t know” is an answer you’ll often get, which is not a good answer. Ran my credit 28 after I was there and no longer interested in a vehicle. Just an overall bad place of business!

I went to the store in Ashland and was looking for either a truck or SUV and Cass didnt quit till i rode of the lot in a brand new Nissan Frontier. Im very happy with my truck

Friendly staff
Took a little longer than usual due to a recall on my vehicle being fixed as well as an oil change/tire rotation. Very happy with the service, all done for a reasonable price.
