I used to come to this service center for all my cars service. The manager used to remember me and smile.
Now, the reception is very abrupt, I'd even call it rude, when I show up for a simple oil change and alignment. It happened on Saturday when I came by and then again Monday morning when I decided to try again.
Life's too short to be treated this way when you're trying to regularly frequent a local business. I'll go find somewhere else, where they know something about customer service.
