They're always booked for weeks in advance and they never even answer their phone to help you. Whenever I actually do get lucky enough to book an appointment for regular maintenance everyone is always very nice & helpful. But God forbid I need their help when something is actually wrong with my car, because they don't have time for anyone & they do not care. Front desk doesn't care. They say just to keep trying.
