Perfect Service
Today i came here at Bear, Moreno Valley, for my appointment 8/8/2022, this is my second time comming . The first was great.I came in for a Oil Change,Disc,Brake,Pads,Sparks,Belt. Alexis and Brandon are the best, the front lobby and restroom are very clean.... I got a great price my my car Service.I will be back later for my third VISIT..Bring Your Vehicle HERE>>>>end

Tire alignment
Great service the waiting room is always clean .They always have coffee. The restroom is spotless.If they find a problem with your vehicle they dont push you to get it fix.They answer all my questions. The girl at the front desk is very kind.This is my 4th time coming here.I really recommend them.

Great service…. As usual!!!
This shop is always honest and does a great job at explaining exactly what your vehicle needs without trying to sell you on things they think they can get away with like some other shops. They even mended the hanging plastic shield part from under my bumper just because they could I guess. Amazing guys/girls at this shop. Highly recommend!

Customer service and the actual alignment job was great! Thank you!
Customer service and the actual alignment job was great my car drives straight now!

Have been to other places for an Alignment including Perris wheels and tires and they didn't know what they were doing because it didn't fix the alignment issue!

Alignment was done right and fast in about 30min!

Finally found my spot for Alignments and they do Brakes and other auto repairs too!

My only two issues are on the regular receipt there is nothing stating how long the warranty is on the alignment, the only warranty stated are on labor and parts but not on the alignment like other places that usually state a 3/6/12 month alignment warranties and I wasn't provided a spec sheet with before and after adjustments of the alignment like other places provide! That's what kept me from giving 5 stars ?

Alignment repairs
This was my first time to Bear Alignment and Brandon was very helpful and kind he checked the alignment and recommended editions repairs in order to do the alignment he said it would take a few hours but to my surprise the job was completed within an hour and 30 minutes. When I got back to the shop my Tahoe was ready to go so I asked if he would put back on the rack and show me what they did he quickly did put it back and showed me the work and the old parts they replaced. The old parts were worn out and clearly in need of being replaced. The fact that they repaired it so quick made me skeptical and not know them my skeptic self had to see proof of the work done. Both Brandon and the other mechanic were very kind I will definitely be returning for other repairs on my other vehicles. Thanks guys for your honest and outstanding customer service. God Bless!!

Wheel bearing and brakes
Very professional atmosphere. They pinpointed the problem immediately which was a bad wheel bearing on my 2017 Camry. I have been coming here since their grand opening and have never been disappointed. I’m very confident that all my mechanical cares will always be met. Thank you Bear for such excellent care.
