Always great customer service
Scheduled a smog star test from DMV. Sam got me in out of there in less then 45 minutes. What was nice is I recently added air to my tires and went a little over so Scotty’s set them to spec which was nice.

Engine misfiring, scheduled diagnostic
My Jeep Wrangler has been misfiring and not a lot of power for approximately 8 months. I researched endlessly to find honest, and affordable auto shop that work on Jeeps. Everything I learned was worse case scenario would be approximately $3000ish. SCOTTY'S kept coming up in my searches so when I finally saved enough money I called and scheduled an engine diagnostic appointment. They worked with me to get a quick date as I was coming from the mountains and couldn't afford to have my jeep in shop for more than 2 days. Not only were they EXTREMELY meticulous with inspection they had a print out of exactly what they did and found . I spent less than a grand for inspection and all repairs and Sam, the person I had all of my communication with, took the time to answer all of my crazy questions and went through the diagnostic information with me. I am so grateful for them mostly because they didn't try to repair anything without my permission or add something that would drive price up. HONEST, FAST, THOROUGH. AFFORDABLE

Checking out my newer car
They helped keep my 2002 car with 240,000 miles going until I just donated it to KVCR public radio.
Brian recently looked over my 2021 newer car that I just bought to give me the comfort I need to take it on long trips.

If you want your car to last and be safe, then Scotty's is your place. Sam at the counter will also treat you with kindness and give you one of her special smiles.

Great shop
Scotty’s shop fixed an electrical problem on my suv they were knowledgeable and explained everything they did to correct the problem

Amazing Service
I have a car for my daughter, I had over 180,000 miles. Needs TLC and Scotty’s delivered!! The A/C is doing weird things and as I was picking up the car. Bryan gave me some amazing things to try and rule out. So far I have not been disappointed very trust worthy and amazing shop. Would recommend if you need service.

Excellent
I usually don’t take my cars to a mechanic as I perform all work myself. So finding a creditable shop that you can trust is so hard.
My experience at Scotty’s was enjoyable from start to finish. My car was towed in as it would crank but no start. Samantha was so professional from beginning to end. The communication I received was step by step of everything that they found and repaired. Brian got right on it and had it running in no time. Very knowledgeable mechanic. I appreciate the hard work at Scotty’s and I would not hesitate to come back any time I need you. I will be a customer for any future problems. I Highly recommend this shop.

All around quality

Our household loves Scotty’s! Never did I think I would enjoy bringing my car to a mechanic, but at Scotty’s they make you feel like family. They are upfront, honest, reliable and never recommend anything unnecessary. I always recommend Scotty’s and always will!
