Volvo Maintenance
I took my Volvo in to Baxter automotive pfor my 60k mile maintenance service. The lady at the front desk is lovely and answered questions I had to the best of her ability. I think she and her husband are the new owner’s of Baxter as I believe the previous owner retired so can’t attest to anything but the service I was there for. Car seems to be doing fine. Dollar for dollar they are no cheaper than the dealer on what I had done and they weren’t able to reset the Volvo on Call service light that was on and needed to be reset, which they didn’t know apparently, so that was disappointing, so now if I want it reset I have to go to the dealer. If I had been told that I probably just would have went to the dealer instead. Not the end of the world but a bummer. I liked the people very much, they seemed honest and friendly. As car owners we are at the mercy of people to be fair and do a good job with our vehicles. I am satisfied thus far and would return if needed in the future. Not a perfect experience but a good one.
