My experience wasn't bad but my daughter recommended your business. The day after I was there she took my grandson's car there to get his tires rotated because there was a lug nut stuck last time he got an oil change by the previous owners. Your business wouldn't honor that service. I could understand if it involved parts but it was a tire rotation. I won't bring mine back and she has 4 vehicles that won't be back. That $10 tire rotation cost you 5 vehicles and some bad publicity.
Joy said they were quick, friendly, very accommodating and everything was taken care of. She was able to get service done without an appointment and she had a smooth and pleasant experience. She was pleased with how the service was handled.
Such a good experience with the first car we took- an older model Honda Accord- so we went home and got our 2013 Odyssey and brought it in the same day. Professional, courteous and friendly. They could have charged us significantly more but didn't. They did what was needed and did not add in extra expenses, which has happened to us with other places. We will be back.
We were formerly Meineke clients in this same building, so decided to give them a try when they took over the building. Amy was very courteous and helpful and they explained the new business and who was working at the shop now.
Kyle said this business seemed very unorganized and they acted like they didn't know what was going on. They never called him after the vehicle was done and when he got there to pick it up, they didn't sign off on his paperwork. Also, he couldn't find his keys.
I wandered in a few days before I was scheduled to have work done on my Land Rover at the dealership just to compare the cost. I'm glad I did! They made the repairs quickly and saved me a fortune. Excellent communication and finished on time. I'll be back for sure!
