I felt they gave me an honest assessment of the issues and all my options.
We received a prompt diagnosis on the problem and were given options. Our son is owner of a repair shop in Arizona and according to him the estimate given was very fair; however, we decided our best option was to not do the repair but to sell vehicle as is. They were understanding of our decision. We did have repair done on our other vehicle and will make this our go-to repair facility in Arkansas.
