I was hearing a scraping noise, indicative of a brake issue. I called Batavia Avenue Mobile and made an appointment for the following week. Dan communicated the issue before performing the necessary repairs. The positive news was that the parts/service were under warranty. I thank the guys at Batavia Avenue Mobile for their honesty, professionalism, and for the way they explain/communicate. I always feel as if I am in good hands when I bring my cars here.

We brought our vehicle in that had a really bad brake reaction where it would grab and then release and grab again in a strong pulsing motion action and Dan was able to identify the problem and repair and replace the necessary brake parts and now the brakes work great like a new car. Engine sensor lite came on while driving home. Took car to Batavia Mobil next morning and they diagnosed the problem as a defective oxygen sensor. They replaced sensor and the problem was fixed. Fair price and car picked up a few hours later.
