Amazing Service Every Time
Basic Auto Services is my go to auto repair for regular maintenance as well as acute diagnostic issues. Dallas and his team are always very professional, transparent, and thorough. Most recently, my water pump gasket failed which required a whole timing belt replacement kit for a very affordable price. Not only did they get my car repaired quickly but they also identified other smaller repairs that I asked them to look out for which needed replacing. They followed up throughout the process discussing what they reccomended replacing and, for every replaced part, they save the old parts and show them at the end to discuss why they were replaced. This is my first car which was bought used and, as someone who is still learning about the history of my car as I go, I genuinely feel so blessed to have such a reliable team to depend on for repairs. When I have had to go to other repair shops when I've been out of town or such, the standard and quality of care is just not as good as what I am used to experiecing when working with Dallas. In short, they're awesome and I will continue to bring my car here indefinitely.

Trustworthy Local Mechanics running a family business

Love to support small and fair business
Professional, respectful and work completed in a timely manner. This small business has a proven record in my experience. Prices are also fair and mechanics will at times show me the the parts that were replaced. Also as I requested the desire to maintain my vehicle for the long haul, Mitchell lets me know when a maintenance comes due depending on mileage. I have them do all my oil changes and experience better service than the dealership and at a more fair cost.

Always great service!
It's been several years since I started using Basic for my auto maintenance and repair needs and they have been great. I don't have a negative thing to say. They get the work done when they say and for the price they bid. I've recommended them to friends and family and that is the best compliment I give for a service provider.

Great Service and In Depth Repair
I brought a 35 year old truck into the shop that stalled while going down the road after running well. Dallas was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and find not only the problem area but the root causes as well - fixing it for good. He also gave thorough explanations of what went wrong, how it was fixed, and why.

The price was right too - the full out the door cost for parts and labor was less than a diagnostic at a dealer would cost.

Definitely will be using Basic Auto for all my future auto repair needs!
