Great service!
I went in with an alternator problem and they found the connection from alternator to battery was corroded and cleaned it up for me and saved me an alternator replacement. I was happy they took the time to investigate and saved me some money! I will definitely be going back again.

SO GOOD!!!
Honestly, the best experience I’ve ever had going into a mechanic. They’re so nice, so informative, and they let you know what to keep an eye out for. They’ve diagnosed major problems with my car, some of which had fairly easy fixes and I never would’ve known. My car has new tie rod ends, the brakes don’t squeal, it isn’t dumping oil anymore, and I feel safe and secure in my old Subaru. These guys are a blessing!

Engine failure on I-5
Mitch was a wizard in diagnosing my cars' engine failure which occurred on I-5 this week. The car was towed to the shop. He knew where to find information and had the problem identified & fixed within 3hrs. I've used Basic Auto Services for years & referred friends & family.

Beyond accommodating!
We had to tow our hybrid SUV to Basic Auto because of a glitch in the ignition. Dallas taught my husband how to fix it for free. How can you be kinder and more helpful than that?
