Kesar said he dropped his vehicle off, they knew the issue but they didn't check any issues that were leading up to the main issue. It took a week to get the part for the immediate issue, but they then found out there was the secondary issue, and it took 3 more weeks to get that fixed. They did take the steps to diagnose things properly. They're nice there and if he really needs them, they have him.
