I ordered 6 items from their Yamaha PartsHouse area. They shipped 4 and charged me an additional $5 for the shipping of only 1/2 of my items. I called and was told that my other items were on back order and would be shipped when they get them. I asked about the discrepancy in shipping costs and was told it was “insurance “ that I had to opt out of? That’s BS. If I’m being charged for something it should be an opt in AND be on my receipt. I would never agree to $5 on a $10 dollar order. My original receipt says nothing about the extra $5. Still waiting on the other parts. We shall see what else is going to happen if I ever get my parts. Watch yourself when ordering from them they will charge more than you agree to pay by sliding it under the radar. At $5 an order that could be hundreds of thousands of dollars for unnecessary insurance.
