David said they were very friendly and they definitely took care of him, but he thought for the service he had, they were a little overpriced with the 30 minute labor rate. He stated he trusted them and he knows they didn't lie to him, so he was willing to pay the extra amount for that feeling.

Brake repairs on one vehicle, analysis and evaluations on another.
Actually, B&M has worked on several of our family vehicles recently. We have found them to be the definitive resource to go to for quality over quantity. To be specific, the wait can be longer than from some other businesses, but that is because they are thorough and deliberate in their analyses. We trust them over other local businesses to get it right the first time. Their evaluations are honest and forthright. They stand by their work. Great communications process. Could not be more pleased.

The prices they provide are the best around and they provide great service. If there are issues, they take care of them and don't give her problems.
