I am sorry you had a problem when you asked for a inspection you failed to mention until you picked up the car that you felt this problem at 80 mph which there is no way for us to test that. But as I informed you that you were welcome to bring it back if you had any futher problems and we would recheck it at no charge. If you have any futher questions or concerns feel free to contact us directly.
I was told nothing was wrong with the suspension and the inspection focused mainly on unrelated engine codes. There was no mention of checking the wheel balance, tire condition, or possible rim damage. I also had to call them myself to get an update.
After leaving, the wobble was still severe — to the point where other drivers were keeping their distance on the road — and the issue was clearly not resolved.
I then went to Discount Tire, where they removed the wheel and identified a bent rim within minutes.
For $125, I expected a thorough inspection that actually addressed the problem I came in for. Instead, a basic and obvious issue was missed that another shop found almost immediately.
This was a frustrating experience and not what I expected from a “full inspection.”
