Had Lexus towed to this garage based on reviews because it would not start in morning. They had my car for two and half weeks.They kept skirting my questions as to what might be the problem. Turned out it simply needed a new battery. While the car was in their hands an employee had dropped the car off a jack and it was dented in rear quarter panel. They told me it was their fault and offered to pay for dent and repainting. I just took the car home to get it out of their hands and decided to have repairs made by a separate company. This gross negligence should never happen in a professional establishment. The employee is still working there.
