Abject incompetence
Had Lexus towed to this garage based on reviews because it would not start in morning. They had my car for two and half weeks.They kept skirting my questions as to what might be the problem. Turned out it simply needed a new battery. While the car was in their hands an employee had dropped the car off a jack and it was dented in rear quarter panel. They told me it was their fault and offered to pay for dent and repainting. I just took the car home to get it out of their hands and decided to have repairs made by a separate company. This gross negligence should never happen in a professional establishment. The employee is still working there.

Professional, Honest and Courteous
The owner of Averill Automotive is such a wonderful man. He and his staff are very professional, courteous and honest. They have looked after our 1999 Jeep and 2007 Lexus for many years and have done such an awesome job of keeping our cars in great condition.

Best prices in town and honest people to go with it
Vic and his team are great too deal with. The only down side is how hard it is to get into see them. They are pretty busy because they have a good reputation. We bring all of our family cars here. They have serviced my Chevy Volt, Nissan Armada, Toyota FJ CRUISER and Dodge dart

Transfer Case
This is an outstanding suyo repair facility. The issue with my truck was diagnosed quickly with photos of the damaged transfer case. It was replaced quickly and I could not believe such s reasonable price. The GMC dealer where I live charged me 75 dollars to tell me all was fine when it was not. They didn't even look at the transfer case. If you have an auto repair go to Averill.

Great affordable Service BEST IN TOWN
By Far the best and most affordable shop in the Myrtle Beach Area. Great with hard to find problems. Fixed my jeep up in 24 hours from drop off time.
