2023 Palisade door mirror wind noise issue
Informed outside mirrors needed 'grommets.' Eventually advised parts were in and once at dealership, car sat unattended today for two hours before eventually being told something else additional was needed. Advisor clearly has no knowledge of product nor consideration of a customer's valued time after third and last visit. Dealership appeared understaffed and disorganized each visit, all for mirror noise issue, hardly requiring technical or mechanical expertise.
