This place has gone down hill. I bought my car here in December 2013. I have gotten all of my oil changes and car work done here.
Oct. 27 I went in for an 11:00 appt for an oil change. I asked after 1.5 hours what was taking so long. I was given no explanation. After 2 hours, I complained. The service deltartment here has gone down the last couple of years. They can’t seem to keep good people. The turnover is terrible! I won’t be back. No regard for the customers time.
