Terrible. Don’t come here unless you have no choice!
Everything about this experience was terrible and tragically I have to bring my vehicle back in tomorrow because my check engine light came on 10 minutes after driving home from the shop.
First off, these guys are supposed to be professional. If you are professionals in any business, you should be PUNCTUAL. If you say your car will be ready at 10 am on a Tuesday, then HAVE IT READY AT 10 AM ON TUESDAY!!! These guys pushed my retrieval time back not once. Not twice! Not three times! But four consecutive times!!!! After all these push backs, I was without a car for a month. And was not offered a rental/loaner car like I don’t have my own life and need to go places. Luckily, we’re in a pandemic and I get to work from home, but not everyone has that luxury. At the beginning I was skeptical because the price seemed outrageous, a 3k repair. Then someone got my price down to 2.5k because obviously they were overcharging and had some wiggle room on price. I asked if I could have my car sent to another place. They said “I would rather you not do that, what if we get the price down for you a little bit”. At this moment, I’m thinking, “oh they did something to my car, they either cannot fix it or they are covering their asses”. MIGHTY SKETCHY. So whatever I keep it there because I’m thinking maybe they’re trying to fix whatever the issue is. Knowing that whenever I get my car it’s not going to be right. I felt it in my soul. So when I got my keys back from the man at the front, I ask what happens if I leave here and my engine light pops back on? He says you have a two year warranty on this repair and you have to bring it back in. And guess what! 10 mins after driving, the engine light comes on and my cars acceleration is more inconsistent then it was before I brought it in. They closed right after I got my car so I couldn’t bring it in that same day. So I’m going to bring it in, and I will come back and edit this tragic experience to let you know what happens next.
