Excellent customer service and repair. Valerie is very personable and compassionate. She goes the extra mile for her customers. She found me a great deal on a transmission, and then when the clutch also needed to be changed (she showed me the old one and pointed out the spots of wear, overheating, and cracks), ended up tracking down and finding me one when it seemed everyone, including the manufacturer, had them on backorder. I am very pleased with their service, and their price was better than their less-friendly competition. I would recommend them to anyone.
