This review is about Cliff sales mgr
This review is not about a car purchase because I never got the car or the dealership itself but the Sales Mgr Cliff. My story: went on June 8 and found the perfect car for my son. Called Cliff to let him know I was coming . The car was advertised at 3,995. We said we wanted the car but it needed to still go to service because it had some issues. Then Cliff said it was 4495 and I said that’s not the price that was online. Thank goodness I saved it on my phone before it was changed on the computer supposedly by him. That’s how it started. After a week I called to follow up and he said it hasn’t been serviced yet because they were backed up. Fair enough. Week 2 the car still has not been serviced. Beginning week 3 it finally was on lifter and he advised me they did the brakes and AC hose but a light was on (ABS and a skid sensor error)so they needed to figure out. Week 4 he said they had to take it next door where they deal better with sensors ect… I want to add that Cliff the entire first month NEVER called me with any updates. NEVER returned my voicemails so I ended up calling the dealership line after this. Week 5 said they ordered the part hoping it clears the problem. This went on for 2 more weeks!!!! Every time I called Cliff he would simply say “Sorry I have nothing for you”. So here I am week 7 and I called today and he said the part did not clear the problem. I told him I would come buy the car today with the light on and have husband do it. He said he would call me right back to see how much they would lower the price since I’m purchasing a car with ABS light on and a anti skid message. He called back about 30 minutes later and tells me he does not have a title on the car!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me so a month and half goes by and all this waiting. The he tells me he called the person he got the car from and they said they applied for a loss title and haven’t gotten yet. What?????! Almost 2 months and there’s no title. End of review: I have never in my life dealt with someone so oblivious of his job, so uncaring and the worse thing about all this is that he thinks there is nothing wrong with this situation. He ends the call laughing under his breath “I guess this wasn’t meant to be” stay away from Cliff is all possible.
