- You’re honest and thorough. I never feel that I’m being taken advantage of. You keep an eye on preventative suggestions, but I never feel upsold or deceived.
- The customer service is top notch. Every person I’ve interacted with is kind, explanatory, and personable.
- You go above and beyond. Just recently my check oil light came on the day before a trip and Brian had me come in last minute (around 4:45pm to boot) to make sure my levels were safe. And no one treated me like it was an inconvenience.
