Power window problem
Porsche Dealer wanted to replace window regulator.
Automotion was able to reprogram the computer control and fix the problem.
They did a quick analysis of the problem and finished before lunch.
Impressive service, I will use them again.

Aprial said there was very poor communication and the service took longer than anticipated. She called the business every 2 days for updates. The expected return date was always put off. The finished product was done well, however, the $250 deductible was not honored from RepairPal.

Excellent customer service and repair
My Highlander needed major engine work. I trusted Automotion to diagnose and perform the repairs. I have been taking my cars to them for at least 10 years. Due to the length of time to perform the repairs, they gave me a loaner car. This helped me tremendously. They are the best. You are in good hands with them.

Regular maintenance on our Porsche
I would not take our car to anyone else in town. Very flexible on appointments, excellent service at both the counter and the service bay. Might be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Auto maintenance is not the place to cut cost corners.

We brought our XJ Jaguar in to be work on and we had issues during the pickup of the vehicle. We were contacted by the shop Mgr. We set up a another time to bring in the car to make sure everything was corrected to our liking. They made sure it was all perfect

the mechanic overfilled the oil it was way over the full mark on the dipstick that should not happen. it was quire expensive for an oil change and to pay extra for rags etc seems too much

2014 Camry repairs
Extremely professional and thorough. I had an issue with car vibrating at multiple speeds and it grew concerning. Couple other shops said they couldn’t even feel it. Not only did Bill take the time to research the issue but found exactly what it was and now the car is like new. Would recommend for any and all auto repair needs!

New Battery
Car wouldn’t start, jump started twice holding no charge! Needed new battery! Appointment for 2pm, but fit me right in upon arrival around 9am, completed around 10am!!

Mixed feelings about Automotion
I have taken my 2006 Xterra to Automotion for most of its history. I still love the way the car feels when I get it back from service. However, I am very disappointed with the record keeping and the reporting on my vehicle's condition. First, there is a statement on my receipt under recommendations that says "OIL STICKER IS OVERDUE BY TIME OR MILES". Really? Automotion put that sticker on last Spring and did not change it in either the Fall 2022 or the Spring 2023 when the car had an oil change. Second: The record created says my car is not being properly maintained, which is untrue. In this vein, the inspection of my car trashed its appearance even though it is in good shape for a 2006 car. Third: I am left with the question: Are you selling these records to Carfax or someone else?

Mr. Mcintire I first would like to appologize for the sub par visit you had with us. As you know this is not how we do business. I have already had a talk with all involved. I did try to call you to speak with you about how all these mistakes happened. New employee as well as an updated system we are still getting used to. Please give me a call when you have time so I can reassure you this is not how take care of our customers.
