Bad communication
Sched and took car in on 1/14/22. In the past we have dealt with Josh as our service rep and has been a great experience. Even though we asked for Josh this time we were given another rep and communication has been horrible. Had a front sensor problem that started a month after a very minor collision so figured it wasn't from that. Took it to the dealer to see and it has been like pulling teeth to get updates. Finally after we call daily and asked for the manager we were told it was from the collision so not warranty but they can do all repairs there just need our claim# and not to worry. 1/28/22 again, back to square one with communication. Have no idea where our vehichle is actually at location wise or repair wise. Should at least get updates from them without calling over rand over. They have had it for 2 wks and we are stilling sitting without the vehicle or a progress report. This was my first Hyundai and possibly the last.
