12 days they had my vehicle to replace a window motor. Then Lennon called and berated me
Horrible. 12 days to warranty replace my blown window motor. Told me 3 days to diagnose. Can't just come back later, they have to have the car for 3 days bc they can't schedule it. Because "people are late" they lost all ability to do appoints is what the manager explained to me as I sat in the line labeled "appointments" having been told a time to be there...
Dispite having the extended warranty I paid over $6k for, I did not qualify for a loaner vehicle because "it wasn't serious enough" but was serious enough to have for 12 days total....
Day 4 told it was diagnosed part was order and would be in end of day or tomorrow.
Day 5 no one answered phones. Had to drive out. Told car was only now being diagnosed and they had the door disassembled.
Days 6 through 10 no one would answer the phone.
Day 11 wife drove us out after work. Door still disassembled.
Day 12 finally got the call it was done.
Answered auto generated email from Ford and said I was very dissatisfied.

20 mins later I get a call from the manager, Lennon, who proceeded to berate me and said I could have had my car from day 5 to 10 while they waited for the part. I told him that was never conveyed to me or my wife and he proceeded to call me a liar and then berated me more before I hung up.
I'm sorry, being out a vehicle for 12 days for a window motor. Nah nothing is going to make me happy after the fact.
Same day turn around when you made an appointment in the morning 5 stars. I tell everyone how great they were
2 days in the shop 1 to diagnose, get car back at the end of the day and then another day a week later while they work on it once the part was in. 5 stars but maybe I don't tell everyone and their mother how great it was.
Even throw in an over night on both ends, ok I'm over it.
But 12 freaking days and they had the nerve to call and berate me on the phone after the fact.

Bad communication
Sched and took car in on 1/14/22. In the past we have dealt with Josh as our service rep and has been a great experience. Even though we asked for Josh this time we were given another rep and communication has been horrible. Had a front sensor problem that started a month after a very minor collision so figured it wasn't from that. Took it to the dealer to see and it has been like pulling teeth to get updates. Finally after we call daily and asked for the manager we were told it was from the collision so not warranty but they can do all repairs there just need our claim# and not to worry. 1/28/22 again, back to square one with communication. Have no idea where our vehichle is actually at location wise or repair wise. Should at least get updates from them without calling over rand over. They have had it for 2 wks and we are stilling sitting without the vehicle or a progress report. This was my first Hyundai and possibly the last.

Recall on my Hyundai Tucson
When we arrived for our appointment the service advisor, Josh, immediately came out to greet us. He informed us of the process. We discussed doing an additional process, explained our limit on cost. Josh assured us it would be under the limit. The recall work and the additional work was done to our satisfaction. The only complaint is the length of time our vehicle was in the facility. Due to this we couldn't leave the vehicle and pick up the same day. Had to drive an additional vehicle both ways (over 30 miles one way). The facility is exceptional and Josh was very nice and explained everything very well.

I scheduled a recall appointment for my Hyundai Tucson. Philip, the advisor explained to me all necessary steps, the length the car stay at the Hyundai service. The time to solve the car issue was shorter than it was told to me. Thank you for excellent service.

First time visit. Attentive employees that made the process easy.
My Service Adviser Michael Bolden was friendly and helpful. He explained everything to me and listened to what I had to say. He made me feel apart of the process and I appreciated that. Waiting area was very comfortable and clean.

Excellent service experience
I brought my Kona in for a standard service visit. The Service Manager, Mike and the Service Advisor, Michael were both awesome! I was greeted with a smile great customer service by both! Mike informed me of who my Advisor was and let me know that he would be right with me. Michael made sure that my concerns were addressed at the beginning and informed me of the wait time. He offered the shuttle service also. Thank you both for an easy service experience!
