Made a miss diagnosis then refused to be responsible. for correcting the mistake.
Miss disagnosed the cause of an engine check light and then refused to correct the mistake unless I paid more.

Very good shop
I had a malfunction in the car and I sent it to the company, but the repair in the company was very expensive, but my friend told me about Automaster, and they are very honest and accurate, and he fixed it for me at a lower price. Thank you, Automaster.

Repairing of a leak in the housing
Being that I was not sure I could make it to the dealer in Sanford I was given AutoMasters as a recommendation and they were proven correct….The work was done as quick as it could have been around Thanksgiving at a reasonable price…A special shout-out to Tom the GM who kept me in the loop daily and even made a special trip himself to pick up a needed part…Thank You

Nice, knowledgeable folks, The work completed quickly, cool and comfortable waiting area. Rating a 10. Will update in 2 months to see if problem fixed for a long while! The air conditioning in Mercedes Smart Car of 2008 died!!!

Amazing service

Got the work done in a professional prompt manner
Took care in for a serpentine belt replacement at which time it was realized there was a leak in the radiator that was loosing enough radiator fluid to get the pulleys wet and make the belt squeak. They ordered a new radiator and had me on the road in one day

I came for a routine oil change and filter service.
The service was very good, timely, and seemed to be done professionally. The fees I was quoted were also fair and acceptable.
There was a sign in the lobby stating a % service fee for using a credit card. However they do not accept checks. Unless you pay cash, all bills are changed this fee. SO, why not add this into all fees as you do with utilities, supplies, etc., and eliminate customer complaints. As a business owner, the last thing you need is a customer being aggravated as they leave your business.
