Corporation of incompetence
I was a technician there and I highly recommend never giving this place your time or money. The technicians, service advisors and sales associates there are all very good people but however management there is very lacking in every aspect and they do not care about their employees or customers. They treat anyone who works there like meaningless slaves, if you don’t produce the numbers they want you to or jump when they tell you to then they look into thin air to find a reason to get rid of you. Working there is as close to slavery as you’ll get and if they treat their employees horribly then just imagine how well they will treat you. If you have anything that falls under warranty then you best expect they’ll either say it’s perfectly fine until it isn’t or find a way to twist it around on the customer so that they can make money off of you. The managers there, especially in the service department, will lie to you directly in your face and treat you with the utmost disrespect because they don’t care about you, they only care about your money. They overcharge on everything whether you’re buying a car or doing basic maintenance, the parts don’t cost nearly as much as they claim they do and the technician receives not even a fraction of how much the cost is. An average brake job will cost you easily $1,000+, the parts cost about $250-$300 at most, the technician receives maybe $50-100 and the dealership pockets the rest to feed all of management at your expense. AutoFair as a whole corporation deserves to go out of business with how horribly they treat everyone, especially how they treat all of their "employees", they would rather fire good people to keep horrible managers driving the whole company deeper into the ground. For anyone who takes the time to read this, please do yourself and everyone else a huge favor by going anywhere else but AutoFair because the only thing fair about AutoFair is how unfair they treat everyone
