Terrible service
I purchased my truck from here and a few months later the engine has rod knock right before the first oil change only had 72,000 miles 2021 Nissan Titan went back-and-forth trying to get a new engine that took two months went from a short block to a long block and then a short block installed. I get there to pick up my truck the front is held together with wire ties. The grill was sitting above the hood. Nothing was lined up rightAC doesn’t work just horrible service and a nightmare trying to get my truck back honestly at this point when I get it, it will be traded in as soon as possible it was just mind-boggling how it takes two months to replace an engine and then you go pick it up. It’s not even done right also reeked of coolant and penetrating oil couldn’t even wash it down. I also do this kind of work for a living and it’s crazy how they could take advantage of people that don’t know much of mechanics. And honestly will the truck even be reliable anymore if I do decide to keep it, knowing that the front end was held together with wire ties.
