They did an estimate on my air conditioning charging me $200 just for the estimate. They do any true diagnostics. They just looked at it and were completely wrong about what was the problem. Their estimate was $2500 to replace the compressor and condenser but it turns out it was nothing to do with the parts themselves, but with some kind of a switch that turns off the air conditioning when it is running too cool, and could damage the compressor. Ended up replacing the compressor and didn’t do any good. Avoid this place!

AMAZING MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM!

After going grocery shopping when I finished my shift at 7:30pm, I got into my truck surprised it would not crank or start up. I was in a pretty sketchy area and in need of automotive assistance ASAP. I am so glad I signed up for the Auto Care Membership through Auto Squad. Ansen showed up in under 15 minutes and got me taken care of right away. The owner Nelson even came by as he took my call initially and I let him know the area I was in. I truly felt like family! These are great people to rely on for all your vehicle's needs especially in circumstances that arise out of nowhere and need immediate attention. Mahalo nui, Auto Squad!

Ansen greeted me outside. Walked me inside I was offered refreshments and got to watch Netflix while I waited. Cisco and the sis inside was very helpful. I was also offered a membership plan that uncle himself made up. He even asked if I worked out. He has a gym in the back. Definitely coming back and sharing this place with friends and family.
