As always the staff was friendly and helpful and the work on my car was done in a timely manner. I was disappointed that the final cost was more than I expected BUT the extra repairs were needed and the price was fair. I really appreciate the staff looking after my auto needs for my 17 year old vehicle so that it stays is such good running order. Thanks Auto Northwest staff !!!

Daniel said he has been using this business for the last couple of years and they always do a good job. They are very up front and honest with him.
Service was exactly what I came in for and the problem was solved by the part that was installed. There is still a flat spot that may be due to "old" spark plug wire harness - I plan to talk to Scott about it because he's been right on top of things so far. Thanks for caring about your customers. I'll be back.
