Courteous but not knowledgeable
Went in because my AC was intermittent and car was overheating. Was told I need to replace the whole AC system on a 2015 Hyundai Elantra and a &1800 price tag. After getting a second opinion I was advised you can’t properly assess the AC while care is overheating and I should fix the overheating issue first. Was also advised the quote was too high for what was listed on the paperwork. So I decided to go to 3 other places to be sure. All stated the same as the second place and gave similar pricing quotes. I informed your technician that I was going to have my car moved and why, one of the employees just laughed. No one recommended to correct the quote or fix the overheating issue so I left.
