Outstanding Customer Service
Jimmy & his men are personable, knowledgeable & focused on customer service. They are attentive to detail and not bent on upsetting you on repairs. I have patronized this repair shop for well over a decade. Great to have such a business in the neighborhood.

Brian said the business gave him a lot of thorough information without selling him a lot of nonsense. They told him specifically what needed to be done to his vehicle and they didn't try and up sell him on anything he didn't need. They were up front, pleasant and nice.

New tires, drives with a wobble
You installed two new rear tires right before I was leaving for a road trip of over 1,000 miles. I noticed a slight wobble as I drove down the freeway, not terrible, but noticeable. I have been slammed with work upon my return unable to bring it by during the week. I'd like to bring it on Saturday at 8am for you to take a peek and need to be at work by 9am if at all possible I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.
