Would not fix the repair
I had my vehicle towed I to this shop. They replaced my coil and my coil module on 01/16/2025. Now the coil is out again. It has a 3 year or 36000 miles warranty. I was told that I have to pay $300.00 for them to replace a defective coil when it has a warranty. That's not happening. This was the first and the last time I will ever take my vehicle to this joke of a shop. This is total nonsense. They don't stand behind there work or the parts. They are the biggest joke fro a repair shop that I have ever seen in my life. Just be warned.

Good morning Mr. Crawford this is Aaron the Store Manager. I did some research and my staff and I have not heard from you since your vehicle was fixed. Furthermore nobody has given you a quote for $300.00 in repairs. We cant quote you a repair if we cant confirm the failure and the truck has not been back since your departure in January. I know every other shop you have been at has been a problem. With that being said we pride ourselves with integrity and honesty. I believe you might be calling the wrong shop. We have been trying to call you on 3/20/25 to try and figure out whats going on. If you can give us a call so we can address your concerns I would appreciate the opportunity to fix the situation and get your truck fixed.

Always the best service

Four tires and TPMS
AutoPros did great. Just four tires and new TPMS (PSI and Temp) programmed. They also washed the car.

I didn’t hear any “but it’s an EV” excuses and the handicapped hand controls weren’t an issue.

They even washed the car.

Terrible Service
I was in the process of moving from Florida to Washington DC when my car broke down on the side of 95 in Kingland on Thursday afternoon at 3pm. I was told to bring the car in and if they didn't get to it by 5 they would look at it on Friday. Friday morning rolls around and I call them at 9am. Voicemail. 9:30. Voicemail. 10. Voicemail. I finally get in my uhaul and drive to the shop at noon only to be told that they may get a chance to look at it that afternoon but they're not sure. 5pm Friday afternoon rolls around and you guessed it, they still have not reached out to me. I decide that losing my entire weekend of moving isn't worth it, so I pack my family in our uhaul and make the trek leaving my helper to stay in Kingland to pick up the car on Monday(3 nights of hotels yay.) Monday rolls around and I still have not received a piece of communication about the car. I call at 8am voicemail. My helper finally Ubers to the shop and they tell him that the car started and that he can drive it. He gets back on 95 and the engine blows 10 minutes later. Obviously not the shops fault, but what has really made me mad is the complete lack of communication and lack of respect for the customer. If you don't want to work on it tell me. I will find someone who does. Don't give me a run around and then leave me hanging to get another tow because you're too lazy to tell me that you don't want to work on the car. Have some class.

We are sorry that we did not meet or exceed your expectations Daniel. After review of our voicemail and cameras I did not see where we had any missed calls at those times. We also verified that there was available staff members at their desks to take any calls. We also communicated that we couldnt get parts for a week from the dealer. Im sorry we couldnt get your vehicle fixed fast enough but we did take the time to assign 2 technicians to your vehicle to get it figured out in a timely manner. We take traveling customers extremely seriously and make them a priority even over appointments. If you would like to resolve this matter with Aaron our Store Manager we would appreciate the opportunity to clarify and rectify the situation! Customer service is our highest priority and adding value to each persons visit no matter how many times they visit us is our second highest priority! We would appreciate the chance to make this right.
