Job well done
So far, it seems your service tech did an outstanding job tightening up my steering column. My only concern is I thought your charge of almost $600. was pretty expensive since your same service tech had previously completed a diagnostic on my steering column for less than $100.

The front end of my vehicle had been wobbly and sounding strange and I needed someone to look at it and fix it. My son told me I needed to contact auto pro and have them check it out. Had them check it out and repair it. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

Twice I have taken my vehicle to Auto Pro. I thought the first time they were so kind with their charges. I’m always expecting the worst and high prices whenever I take my car in. Both times now with Auto Pro they treated me fair. Not charging outrageous fees for the work or service. I trust them with any issue I may have in the future. Rare to see good, quality and honest service.

Quick and thorough
My 2020 Silverado broke down and I was stranded. Auto Pros helped tow my truck to their shop and were extremely quick to diagnose the issue. They were able to fix my truck and have it back on the road less than 2 days! They are very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel stupid when I asked questions. We will definitely use Auto Pros again for future vehicle repairs.
