In the last year or so, I took my 2015 F-150 to the same Auto-Lab because the vehicle was having an electrical problem. That time, the guy behind the desk told me I should take my truck to a "body shop". I later had a mechanic fix my wiring.
Apparently, I have been banned from getting service at the Fenton Auto-Lab. If I somehow alienated Auto-Lab, the people there haven't told me what I have done.
Treating customers like they're dirt or stupid is a poor way to run a business.
