Very Negative Experience
I had a very expensive accident on 2/18/25, it was a fast turnaround, which I appreciate. However, since I've filed the claim with the insurance company and they're asking simple questions such as itemized receipts, etc for the work performed. Which I can' t seem to get a straight answer, call back, or email. I rather to recoup some of my money then none.. If anyone in mgmt seeing this please help. Invoice # 61468, I need something to give the insurance other than the generic invoice.

Total Rip Off
With all due respect, this company is the worst I have ever experienced in my 50 years of driving and having auto's serviced. I knew the vechicle had issues, and discussed with the front man the situation and asked they review and confirm. They proceeded to tear the motor apart without my permission and then gave me a quote to repair which within reason exceeded the value of the vehicle value. All i wanted was a fair estimate. The sad part, they "repaired" the vehicle, the repair lasted 10 miles. We returned and they advised other work was needed, however would "repair" again. The bottom line this "service" company charged me x amount of dollars and we had no other option but to trade in and purchase a new car since the repaired auto could not be driven. Bottom line, I protested with my credit card company, but old "auto fix" won the battle. Shame on you Auto Fix! your company is terrible at best.

Horrible place Do Not Go There Not Honest
I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone first the guy at the front desk his name is Craig he doesn’t let you speak he rushes you out and tells you not to worry he will inspect you car fully and it is not true. I had called this place made and appointment for Saturday morning to bring my 2012 maxima needing spark plugs and fuel injection and had told Craig that my car was making a noise to also please check the serpentine belt he didn’t let me finish when he kept saying don’t worry will check it out. Saturday morning I went to drop off my car and told him if they also change the headlights and wanted to know how much he rushed me and my husband out and say don’t worry will check them out and call you well he didn’t call I called him to find out that he had replace the lights and wires so the work was done and the parts had been installed when we picked up the car it was daylight didn’t noticed the difference until night time came one light brighter then the other one and the noise in the car was not fixed, they had also did an oil changed that didn’t give me a sticker in my car on the windshield like everywhere I take it they always do so I don’t know that they actually did took the car to them the following Saturday it was there the whole entire day for Craig to call me and say that his technician had gone home sick so they could get to my car then took the car back the next Saturday they were trying to charge us 39.99 to look at the car but I waited for Craig to get there and like normal he says we will take care of it, bottom line my car was not fix the lights are messup, the noise when he called me to tell me about the noise he didn’t know how much it would be to repair it and he wouldn’t give me back the lights in my car so I can go somewhere else to get them fix the lights are yellow can’t see at night and one is stronger then the other one we are very upset spent over 700$ and the car is not fixed have been calling to speak to the owner but he is never there the lady’s name Cindy supposedly she is the manager but never stepped in to help with the situation/issues she told me she was going to let the owner “Sunny” know and that he would call me I never got a call from him customer service at this place is bad. DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE.

Honest, Reliable and great service
First rate auto repair and maintenance with honest, friendly and knowledgeable employees. Cindy the GM is a tremendous asset and I hope the owners know it as well as her customers do. I never worry when I need service. I know they will do me right. That’s huge in my book. Give them a try.

Keep It Simple
Needed an oil change. No hassle. No hard sell for flushing the tire fluid or tightening the windshield (sarcasm). Front desk is people are always friendly. Mechanic came inside and answered a couple of questions I had. Painless visit! Thank you!
