Jenese said they had the vehicle for a month, the communication was few and far between. She said the delay was due to insurance 2x and after that, don't know. She said had to call for updates and had to pay additional for rental car.

William said he needed to speak with Josh because something seems a little loose on the right side of his vehicle. His vehicle took a little longer than he was told but he didn't mind. They missed a part on his bumper. He chose this facility because he's been there before.
