Better service at Auto Doc than at Dealership
Until now we had thought that the only way to do any repairs on our mercedes benz was to take it to mercedes benz dealership. We have just found out that this service is available here in our city, Bullhead City, AZ, at Auto Doc. They are excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. From now on we shall take our mercedes to Auto Doc for repairs.

Mystery engine trouble
Brought in my truck for what was coded as a simple spark plug misfire, but that was before further investigation led to evidence that the prior owner chased a bigger problem that the guy's at auto doc had to back track on to find the real issue, but they worked hard and did research to see what could be done and got it working again.

My car was due for servicing
When I called to make an appointment Shane was polite and confirmed what was needed for my car. the appointment was made for a few days later at my request.
When I arrived, Shane greeted me and confirmed what was needed.
The work was done within the time frame I was given and the cost ended up being less that the estimate. Which always a good thing.
I would recommend Auto Doc for any maintenance or repairs for your vehicle.
The staff are great.
