Almost killed my wife
Did over $1700 worth of work on my wife's jeep and less than a week later all the studs on the front wheel sheered off and by the grace of God she pulled over before it fell off. They originally took full responsibility and picked up the Jeep but when she picked it up today they charged her for the tow and repairs. I'm looking into legal action now. Please don't put your life in jeopardy by using this repair shop.

I was Blessed when a friend gave me your name. My AC had gone completely out on my truck and it's in the triple digits now. Way to Hot!!
I was seen that day and my AC wasb running cold. Thanks a million!!!

Do your research. $100 for a diagnosis….which is as running codes.
Communication…..ridiculous. Was promised several call backs to which never happened. It was my job to call and touch base on progress. And the progress was simply the diagnosis. Appointment on Monday at 8 finally got a diagnosis Thursday morning when I had showed up before opening to retrieve my truck to take to another shop. My truck was just now in the shop getting its “diagnosis “ which was exactly what I stated in the beginning. $275 later after $175 “fix” and the $100 “diagnosis. Truck is just as bad and have already found another shop that comes highly recommended with no diagnosis fee. Most shops that I have been to typically waive the inspection fee or diagnostic fee if work is performed. Very dissatisfied with my $300 fuel additive cleaning fee. Do your research!

Im sorry you are dissatisfied. I tried to call you yesterday to discuss the issues but no answer. You were only suppose to pay $50. in diag. If you would like to stop by for a refund. I will give you $50 back. Im sorry about the miscommunication. Ive had some personal issues and was in the ER twice for heat exhaustion. I do apologize for not calling. I've hired two new people this week so it should get better. Always stop by and talk we can come to an agreement. I want all my customers to be happy.

This company is professional, knowledgeable, helpful in a pinch, and does fantastic work. The owner is down to earth and honest about your vehicles diagnosis and gives you competitive pricing on the work he puts out of his shop. He uses brand specific OEM parts so your getting the best parts and the best service and he uses the best tools and equipment in the industry. I highly recommend that you go see Jeff if you have any car issues so he can diagnose the problem and get you back on the road feeling safe & secure in the vehicle your driving.
