Worst body shop and customer service
First of all ...... I think collision 1 somehow deleted or blocks their bad reviews on Google because I read a 1star review from Erika and she mentioned something about her Google review but I honestly don't see Any bad reviews other then the new one I just posted which I think may magically disappear....just had to add that little side note.







I started having issues with my repaired car less then 2 months after I got my car back. Jeff was extremely standoffish from the minute I started telling him my situation. I got the feeling that for 1 he didn't believe anything I was telling him for 2 he figured I'm a young women that doesn't know what I am talking about for 3 he was extremely judgemental when I first told him that my car was making weird rattling noises( he tried to tell me that I must have got in a accident after my car was fixed..definitely not the case) and when I told him their was a small missing cosmetic part they never replaced on my windshield ( I said I had barely noticed it a few weeks prior and you could barely tell and he said how could you not notice that sooner... You are literally looking at it Everytime your in the drivers... But I am not that tall and my tint around the edges of the glass blocks my view of that small area of my windshield!) I brought my car in at 8am and didn't get it back until they closed for the day ... My car was in a shop for 2 hours and parked for the rest of the day.... 7.5 hours. I know this because I have a tracker on my car and can see exactly where it is at and for how long. I was told that they checked everything but found no problem with the parts they repaired. That it was probably my steering and I could take it elsewhere . Which is exactly what I did... The new shop I took it to found the issue, fixed the issue and had my car returned to me with an hour in a half! Funny thing is.... The problem was a stripped bolt ... That stripped bolt was a part that collison 1 replaced because it was on the original invoice from them. I couldn't believe it. So I was lied to, treated like shit and caused an inconvenience when my car was held all day but not even properly looked at if at all. Also I never was called back about the small part for my windshield I was told he would order and let me know when it's in. I guess lifetime warranties don't mean crap to this horrible place. I highly do not recommend.

Insurance Fraud
Inspection of vehicle after repair revealed bumper cover was not replaced as noted in repair order. Contacted the person who performed the estimate, inspected the repair, determined something was wrong, then found the new Bumper cover in original packaging located in their new parts locker.
When I addressed the issue with the manager, I found out where the leadership failed.

Take your business elsewhere.
This shop consistently over-promises and under-delivers. I cannot recommend highly enough that you take your business elsewhere.

My car went to this shop on July 6. At that time, they told me the repair would take 3-4 weeks. 6 weeks later, my car still isn't fixed. I've spoken with them on the phone several times over the last few weeks and each time they've given me a new timeline for the repair. When I spoke with them last week, they said it would be done by today. I called today, and now they're telling me it'll be another week. They also told me multiple times that when my car got into the paint stage it would be only 2-3 days away from being done. On August 8 (10 days ago) they told me it would be "in paint soon." It didn't actually go into paint until a full week later. On August 15 they told me it went into paint, but somehow, 3 days later, it's still going to take another week.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. There are tons of other body shops in the area. Take your car to any of them, not Auburn Collision 1.

This is such a crappy auto body shop
I cannot put into words how crappy this body shop is. They not only did an absolutely TERRIBLE job “repairing” my car but they damaged my car while in their shop and tried to blame me. See google review from Erika. Some of the stripping is peeling off, there is overspray all over that I asked them to clean up but they didn’t, they did an awful job with my alignment as I have now found out for sure from my dealership. This place is a joke and the owner is a liar and will blame the customer if they don’t like the work done on their car. I urge you not to bring your car here

Mike said they were supposed to do some work on the passenger's side and it was sub standard. The color in the door jamb does not match the outside of the door. The 2 ladies he spoke with were very nice. He is not recommending them because of the work that was done.

James said this business got him in, they checked his vehicle and got every thing fixed. They gave him updates right away. When he got the vehicle back there were still some things wrong. They took the vehicle back and fixed them right away. There was a delay due to parts, they had to get a door from California. It took a day or two. They are conveniently located.
