Changed oil drain plug
They replaced the oil and drain plug for free, however, they changed because they either stripped the plug during my last oil change, or overtightened it so badly it stripped when I tried to remove it. Either way, I'm not sure I can recommend them since they should've done a simple oil change right the 1st time.

Mike, We appreciate the feedback you have provided. I am sorry we overtightened the drain plug from your last visit in February that caused issues on Saturday. Thankfully this did not damage anything more than the drain plug. It's unfortunate our attempt to own this mistake was still unacceptable. The new drain plug, gasket, oil and filter were all on the house to make it as easy as we could for you. We are however still accountable to the problem and if there is anything further we can do to resolve this matter feel free to let us know. Sincerely, Matt
