I couldn't agree more that over 1 hour is too long for an oil change. I am pleased to hear that the staff and overall experience was a good thing but the time aspect was a distraction. Our oil service with an appointment is typically a 45-60 minute process due to the inspection that is partnered with the service but to go beyond that is abnormal. I hope this experience does not distract you from future visits and I have documented your customer profile so we will be far more attentive to your time.
