Get quoted a price of $95 to align my front end. Then he turned around and started charging me all these extra charges which were lies because I just had my bearings replaced at another shop and he was telling me they needed replacing and told me that they the bolts are put in backwards when there’s no way to put the boat in backwards charge me an extra hundred dollars for something I didn’t need held my truck hostage till I paid it.

They saved the day
We were a long way from home and had last minute severe car issues, Art and Max were prompt and ready to help! Honest men that helped us right away and get us back in the road home! Even let us use his vehicle while ours was being worked on! Thank you simply isn’t enough! We owe them more then we paid them!
Jerems said they billed him for unauthorized charges. The bill was 4 times what he anticipated it to be. He feels he was taken advantage of. There was poor communication and they threatened to keep his vehicle. If they are not willing to admit they made a mistake he will be forced to take them to small claims court.
Rodney said they gave him the wrong diagnosis and tried to over charge him. However, he will continue to use them.

Awesome service and friendly staff.
We had a major issue with our 2008 Ram truck. The bolts on the left front tire were sheared off by the aluminum alloy rim. We were traveling east on I-10 in the fast lane and had to pull over to the right shoulder and onto the frontage road. A passerby named Jody stopped to help us and called Art. He responded in his personal vehicle and also called the tow truck. This happened in the late afternoon---almost their closing time. Art went to a parts store himself and had one of his mechanics stay after closing to perform the repair. They offered us the use of one of their personal vehicles if the repair could not be completed that evening. Both Art and his wife were very helpful and showed us true Texan hospitality. We can't thank them enough for helping us and getting us back on the road. We were on vacation and traveling from California east to Florida to visit our daughter.
