On the Arapahoe Hyundai website it states that the service department will provide:
Complimentary Digital Multi-point Inspection with each visit
Customer Vehicles Cleaned and Sanitized when servicing is complete
I have received neither of these.
I took my car in 2x in 2 weeks to fix the infotainment system. They couldn't figure out what was wrong so they replaced it. I drove my car home and the next day the problem was worse than before. Since they couldn't replicate it I had to video the problem to verify it which I didn't have a problem doing but a real hassle. I then had to take the video to them so they could view it. They said they didn't know why it wasn't working so they would replace it again. And I learned that Hyundai replaces these with refurbished components instead of new. My car only has 14,000 miles on it. I would expect a new part replacement not used. Meanwhile, neither of those visits received the above mentioned complimentary service. It is difficult to get in touch with service to find out any information. The phone system has issues. I called numerous times and received the automated answering system which didn't recognize the extension I was given then hung up and another time the person on the other end couldn't hear me although my phone works fine when I call others.
