Be wary of Hyundai Finance
My salesperson, Seth, was great and tried to make the experience a good one with little pressure. The finance department was the opposite. Not disclosing the promotional financing and giving me only one rate option was dishonest. Also using a bank that is not located in my state meant I could not refinance the loan with that bank. Also leading me to believe I couldn’t pay off the loan for four months (presumably to increase back end bonus from the bank to the dealer). This all reflects poorly on Hyundai and the business practices they allow at their dealerships. While I love the car, there’s definitely no brand loyalty after this experience.
