DO NOT TRUST, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE AND A THEIF!!!!!!
There is no way I would or could recommend Arthur for any type of business not even to groommy dog. Not only did my car come back even worse than before, his work is no good. His word is no good. And I know for a fact that this is what he does? How do you steal from a disabled vet, along with what he did with me. My only recommendation is DONT!!! DO NOT!!! I wish I could post pictures to show. Paint on my window, items stolen out of my car, other items broke INSIDE of my car, when it was only there for body work. I've been freaking with a lot. But I haven't forgotten. The damage is done... and I'll just have to see him in court. Which I am and will. Please for the fake of anything that has the breath of life in it...DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!
